ABSTRACT: The uptake of electric vehicles (EVs) in Africa can be a crucial step in the region's energy transition, contributing to mitigating greenhouse gas emissions and supporting sustainable development. This research aims to investigate the present status of EVs in Africa, the obstacles that hinder their widespread adoption, and the potential advantages of implementing them in the continent's energy transition. The study will particularly focus on the potential role of EVs in promoting clean energy solutions, decreasing reliance on non-renewable energy sources, and enhancing energy access in Africa. Furthermore, these findings could help policymakers and stakeholders design policies and approaches to facilitate the adoption of EVs in Africa and promote the energy transition.

Abstract: India's extensive partnership with IRRI involves about 250 institutions all over the country. Under the Global Rice Science Partnership (now The CGIAR Research Program on Rice or RICE), the collaboration between India and IRRI is further expanded and strengthened. Opportunities to widen the focus of partnership with India in upstream and innovative research have opened up and will facilitate the transfer of new technologies to farmers and other stakeholders along the rice value chain. A new regional rice breeding hub- IRRI South Asia Breeding Hub has also been established within the campus of the International Crops Research Institute for the Semi-Arid Tropics (ICRISAT), in India and operates in close collaboration with ICARICRISAT, the Department of Agriculture and Cooperation (DAC), Department of Biotechnology (DBT) and other public and private sector institutions. The hub is helping strengthen the rice breeding programs of rice-growing countries in South Asia.

Department of Management, University of Isfahan-Iran

Master of Business Administration-Iran

Abstract: Justice and its implementation are the most important and the best categories of human life - faith in the thought of Imam Ali (peace be upon him). so that, except in the light of pervasive justice, explaining the faith, safety and bliss correctly is not possible and human life, faith is unsubstantial and also Health and integrity of the society, politics, government, management, economics and other circles not exist. Since the Nahj as the most Precious set of doctrines of Imam Ali (peace be upon him) is known to Solving the understanding of justice and Teacher pervasive justice؛in this paper concept of justice dimensions based on teachings of Imam Ali (peace be upon him) is studied. The study population included 400 employees of Fakor Company, that 80 of them were selected as sample. Tools for data collection organizational justice scholar made questionnaire that it’s face and structural validity was tested and reliability was calculated by Cronbach's alpha (96/0). Data analysis was performed by SPSS and Amos software. The results of Pearson correlation test show positive and significant relationship between dimensions of organizational justice including distributive justice, procedural, interpersonal and informational and organizational justice the view of Nahj teachings among employees. In review of relationship between demographic variables and organizational dimensions of organizational justice, there is significant relationship between age, education, work experience, type of organizational activity and organizational grade to the dimensions of organizational justice including distributive justice, procedural, interpersonal and informational.

Abstract: In this paper, Evolution Strategies (ES) is used to find optimal placement of FACTS devices in power systems. The goal  of optimization is to maximize the system loadability. Optimization is based on finding locations and settings of FACTS devices. Simulations are implemented on IEEE 30-bus test system. From different types of FACTS devices, SVC, TCSC and UPFC are used in this research. The results show that using FACTS devices, the loadability of power system increases significantly. It also shows that there exists a maximum number of devices beyond which, the loadability of power system cannot be increased. The implementation results of the method are promising and encouraging, so it is a good method for implementation on the FACTS optimization problem.

Abstract: A host of practical optimisation problems are dynamic. That is, their objective function and/or constraints change over time. These problems are so formidable. Among various optimisation techniques, particle swarm optimisation (PSO) has proved to be promising  in solving dynamic problems. In this paper, the challenges existent in dynamic environments are explained and PSO strategies for tackling dynamic problems are analysed.

Abstract: As a significant contribution to a bank’s long-term success, market orientation (MO) and service orientation (SO) have emerged as significant antecedents of bank performance. Many banks are obligated to market orientation as the fundamental philosophy for their strategic development. Market orientation has to be coordinated with a service orientation in order that accomplish the bank’s mission. In the current paper, the authors investigate the different factors which influence market orientation and service orientation on bank’s prosperity. The paper will explain the relationship between market orientation and service orientation by investigating relevant theories and past studies. This paper uncovers that the literature proffers a affluent, yet fragmented, photograph of what market and service orientation is, and how it can be improved and help to managers and employees in banking industry. The outcomes must lead managers to take into account the significant of emphasizing those banks cues that help make a market and service orientation culture and climate in their banks.

Abstract: Nowadays, the most important resource for organizations is human resource. Employing, maintaining and supporting employees are the key task or organizations’ leaders. So providing their job satisfaction helps managers to get organizational goals and objectives. The purpose of writing this paper is to survey the relationship between spiritual leadership and employees’ job satisfaction. To measure the research variable two separated questionnaires were designed and after providing their validity and reliability distributed among 447 people of Iran Aerology organization. The results of using Spearman test show that there are positive and meaningful relationship between spiritual leadership and its dimensions with job satisfaction; meanwhile feedback was the most important criteria. No relationship between employees’ demographic characteristics and their job satisfaction was found by applying Chi-square test. Finally the results of Binomial test illustrated all variables apart from “altruism” and “faith” were placed in appropriate levels.
