Abstract: Myeloid/lymphoid neoplasms with FGFR1 rearrangement(also
known as 8p11 myeloproliferative syndrome, EMS)
is a distinct disease entity in
the current WHO classification. These patients frequently (~80%)
progress to acute myeloid leukemia (AML) and have a poor outcome
with a 5-year survival rate of < 20%. To identify
the potential treatment regimen on these patients, the
four reagents (Idarubicin, arsenic trioxide, Voxtalisib and
Ruxolitinib) were applied
on
KG-1 cells. Our results showed
that the KG-1 cell line was resistant to
idarubicin.
However, the dual PI3K/mTOR inhibitor Voxtalisib, rather than
JAK1/2 inhibitor
Ruxolitinib could be effectively against KG-1 cells. Arsenic trioxide(As2O3)
combined with Voxtalisib synergistically inhibitted the
viability of KG-1 cells. We also found that the combination
treatment more significantly reduced the colony formation,
induced apoptosis, decreased Bcl-2 expression, but increased
caspase-3 expression as compared to the single drug treatment.
Additionally, As2O3 enhanced the effect of Voxtalisib which
decreased the phosphorylation of PI3K, AKT and mTOR. These data
suggests that Voxtalisib in combination with As2O3 may provide a
novel and efficacious therapy regimen for patients with EMS.

ABSTRACT:
The purpose of this
study is investigating the relation between levels of services
quality and customers’ satisfaction. Population of this study
includes customers of Parsian Bank. In this study, it has been
used Servqual model for evaluating the customers’ satisfaction
levels and for data analysis; there has been used Parametric T
test. Results indicated that there is a significant difference
between dimensions of study variables (i.e. tangible and
physical dimensions, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and
concordance) in the perceptual level and expectations.

Abstract:
The reason for the review was to figure out the distinction in
sports foundation among Government and private schools. To get
to the Games foundation among both kind of organizations a data
sheet was utilized which includes the inquiries of both the
factors as the rundown of sports framework accessible and sports
offices give by these establishments to sports individual.
Results of the present study shows through average and
percentage method that Private schools of Kashmir valley exists
more sports infrastructure as compared to Government schools for
the promotion of games and sports. It was hypothesized that
Private schools of Kashmir valley may have more sports
infrastructure availability and they provide more sports
facility to sports person than Government schools. The outcomes
were found that 31.1% Government Schools in normal rate had the
infrastructural accessibility while 43.8% Tuition based schools
in normal rate had the infrastructural accessibility. Moreover
only 22.7% Government Schools provide sports facilities to
sports person but on the other hand 50.2% Private schools
provide sports facilities to sports person. So the speculation
has been acknowledged in light of the fact that the distinction
had been seen in sports framework among Government and
Non-public schools of Kashmir valley.

ABSTRACT: Brucellosis
is considered a neglected zoonotic bacterial disease by
the World Health Organization and has been identified as having
the highest public health burden across all sections of the
community. The aim of this study is to conduct a systematic
review and Meta analysis on the seroprevalence of small ruminant
brucellosis
in Ethiopia. The data searching journal like PubMed, Science
Direct, Scopus, Embase an d Google Scholar was used to search
the articles. All articles are screened, which was rep orted
seroprevalence of small ruminant brucellosis in Ethiopia to be
included in the study. Meta-analysis are declared by the effect
size by prevalence and standard error of the prevalence which
had been analyzed using random-effects models was used to
calculate the pooled seroprevalence of small ruminant
brucellosis in Ethiopia. The estimated pooled seroprevalence of
brucellosis was found to be 3.0% (95% CI: 0.02, 0.03). The sub
group analysis showed that there was a statistically significant
association between the disease and study region, publication
year, laboratory technique employed and study years. Also,
there was some evidence of publication bias (Egger’s test, p =
0.001) on studies reporting the prevalence of brucellosis in
Ethiopia. This review proves a high seroprevalence of
brucellosis in the country and the need for appropriate
intervention measures, including vaccination and enhanced
public awareness, and further surveillance for the control and
prevention of brucellosis in livestock husbandry practices.
Further studies that are aimed at evaluating the risk factors
associated with the spread of brucellosis in domestic animals
and sufficient epidemiological data are crucial to
the exploration of the epidemiology of the disease throughout
the country.

Abstract:
There are many theories about the origin, structure, nature and
evolution of the cosmos. Every theory is good and also not every
theory can be described the universe and could not explain the
universe indefinitely. Between 1970_77 years, I have conducted
researches and studies on the origin, structure, nature and
evolution of the cosmos and proposed A New Hypothetical Model of
Cosmology with hundreds of postulates by taking several facts.
On 1st July 1977 on the basis of those postulates, a
book was published in the name of Irlapatism- Irlapati Theory of
Universe by supporters.
World scientists have done more researches and extensive
discussions on my hypothesis and theorize the actual universe
and cosmology. In this article I explained how the Big Bang
Theory is criticized and how my theory is good.

Abstract:
A design and implementation of new future TV Cloud Computing
(ClComp) for international systems integration and bridging the
gap between linear broadcast, information technology and
Internet Protocol of television and mobile television is
presented to help Authorized Groups (AuthGs) reach and engage
audiences on any television screen. . The cloud design is
applied to the Egyptian Radio and Television Union (ERTU). The
applications, security, efficiency, flexibility, greater
agility, less expenditure and to overcome geographic limitations
which are the solution of the cloud are introduced to compete in
a global market. The design and evaluation steps are addressed
to insure the reliability and compatibility of cloud to the
desired targets.
A software package for audio watermarking has been presented as
an example for its application
to ensure protection, in case of saving, and security, in case
of transmission of the media through the proposed cloud.
The package contains many visual tests such as probability,
spectrum, power and scatter diagrams to enable user to quickly
investigate the content. All this application was done to suit
the web–based where many departments can get benefit from
anywhere and anytime according to department request and cloud
polices.
