Comparison Study between Oral Lactoferrin, Amino Acid Chelated Iron and Ferrous Fumarate in Iron Deficiency Anemia during Pregnancy

Abstract: Background: The most prevalent deficit in the world is iron insufficiency. Although it is more common in developing nations, it is still a major issue in the industrialised world.  Anemia is a global problem and is related with maternal illness and humanity. Objective: To compare lactoferrin's effectiveness with that of amino acid chelating iron and ferrous fumarate in behavior of IDA through condition. Patients and Methods: This research was performed at the Obstetrics and Gynecology Department at Alazhar University Hospital (Assuit) Egypt, as a randomized, parallel-group, single-center study.  Three hundred pregnant women recruited randomized in three groups, in the period 2018-2019. Results: Lactoferrin group which is higher in Hb rise than other the two groups (amino acid chelated iron and ferrous fumarat group) .Also The adverse effect in Lactoferrin less than the other two groups. That gives preference to Lactoferrin to be used in pregnancy to increase Hb level. Conclusion: The management of anemia during pregnancy in prenatal medicine, it is still very essential. Treatment that is correct leads to management that is successful.  This current study shows that the efficacy of Lactoferrin is significantly more than Amino Acid Chelated Iron and Fumarate group in behavior of iron defecincy anemia during pregnancy.

A Study on Various Characterization of  thiol protease

Abstract: The Sepharose 6B column was packed as detailed under ‘Materials and Methods’. After proper equilibration with buffer A (0.1M sodium acetate buffer pH 5.5 containing 0.2 M NaCl and 1 mM EDTA), the void volume (V₀) and the total volume (V_t) of the Sepharose 6B column (90 x 0.8 cm) were determined as 36.0 ml and 115.0 ml, respectively. Various molecular weight marker proteins [2.0 mg each of carbonic anhydrase (29 kDa), bovine serum albumin (66 kDa), alcohol dehydrogenase (150 kDa) and β-amylase (200 kDa)] were dissolved in 2.0 ml of eluent buffer A. This mixture was loaded on the column which was eluted at a speed of 15 ml/h and fractions of 3.0 ml each were collected. The elution volume for each marker protein was calculated by estimating protein through absorbance at 280 nm. The purified thiol protease sample was eluted separately from the same column under identical conditions and the elution volume of the enzyme protein was calculated. The molecular weight of thiol protease was calculated from the standard graph plotted between log molecular weight against Ve/Vo which was found to be ~157 kDa.

Abstract: Investment is the commitment of funds made in the expectation of some positive return on it. Every investor carefully plan, evaluate and allocate funds in various investment avenues which offer greater return with safety of principal amount. Hence, the investment decision making is one of the crucial challenges faced by the investors. Every investor differs from the other in many aspects due to various factors like demographic causes, socio-economic background, education level, marital status, age and gender. The investor should consider his financial goals, risk tolerance level and other constraints while designing the investment portfolio (Zabiulla, 2013). The present study is undertaken to examine the attitude of women investors towards various investment avenues.

Comparative Study on Punitive Damages in Tort and Contractual Liability

Abstract: Many scholars and courts typically believe that Punitive Damages are merely belonging to action based in tort law. Usually the Punitive Damages appear only in connection with breach of tort. Notwithstanding the normative and positive arguments in favor of a distinction between available remedy in contract and tort liability, I refute prevalent argument in support of this view. In my view, efforts to make contract liability conform and exception punitive damages from it, is misleading. I argue that Punitive Damages can awards in both -contract and tort- action. Like other contract rules, Punitive Damages can apply in determine condition in contract area. A comparative law study in this article, showing that many legal system do not opt punitive damages exclusively for tort remedy. This article argues that the core question is how and when Punitive Damages should be award. The simple answer is return to justice.

Studies on a variant of Newton’s method realted to linear and quadratic algebraic equation

Abstract: It is found that not only the model (equation (1.5)) and its derivative agree with the function and its derivative  respectively, but the second derivative of the model and the second derivative of the function are also agreeing at the current iterate  (Fernando and Weerakoon [1997]). Even though the model for Newton’s method matches with the values of the slope of the function, it does not match with its curvature in terms of . It was found that the computational order of convergence is more than three in some cases in variant of Newton’s method, which is higher than the classical Newton’s method. The number of function evaluations was found to be less for variant of Newton’s method as compared to classical Newton’s method. Another important characteristic of this method is that it does not require second or higher derivatives of the function to carry out iterations.

STUDY ON DR. AMBEDKAR AND ITS CONTRIBUTION AS SOCIAL REFORMER

Abstract: B.R. Ambedkar was a leading activist and social reformer who gave his life working for the upliftment of the Dalits and the socially backward class of India. A messiah for the downtrodden, he continuously fought for eradication of caste discrimination that had fragmented the Indian society and made it cripple. Born in a socially backward family, Ambedkar was the victim of caste discrimination, inequality and prejudice. However, fighting all odds, he attained higher education thus becoming the first ever untouchable to attain the same. No sooner after completing his studies, he launched himself politically fighting for the rights of the depressed class and inequality practiced in the society. He was a crusader of social equality and justice. Academically trained as a jurist, he went on to become the first Law Minister of Free India and the framer or chief architect of the Constitution of India. In his later years, he acted as a revivalist of Buddhism in India, by converting himself to the religion to free himself from the perils of caste differences and unfairness practiced by the Hindus.

Amish Tripathi’s The Shiva Trilogy: Significance of Mythopoeia

Abstract: Amish Tripathi’s debut novel The Immortals of Meluha (Shiva Trilogy I) can be interpreted from multiple theoretical perspectives. Amish Tripathi is a new Indian English writer who has displayed an unsurpassed brilliance in recreating Hindu mythology. His Shiva is a Tibetan immigrant who migrates to Meluha to lead the Suryavanshi vengeance and destroy evil. Shiva’s clan constitutes a different diasporic community. As a leader of the community Shiva cannot be defined from traditional diasporic perspective. The conventional diasporic consciousness of displacement, dislocation, alienation, nostalgia, desire for the Homeland and identity-crisis is not shared by Shiva’s diasporic community. Infact his tribe is satisfied with the Meluhan scheme of things; Meluhan magnificence has mesmerized their mind. Amish has humanised the legendary figures and mythological characters. His Sati is a Vikrama woman who is supposed to be the carrier of bad fate; inspite of being a subaltern she manifests rare skill of martial arts. The women in the fiction do not demand for political equality, economic rights and social identity; they are embodiments of excellence and perfection. Lady Ayurvati is an experienced, professional doctor who is adept in the prescription of medicine as well as in the conduct of surgery. Kanakhala is the prime minister of emperor Daksha; she looks after the administrative, revenue and protocol matters. The text can also be conceived in ecocritical perspective.

Studying the Determining Factors in Successful Implementation of Balanced Scorecard in middle and small Industries of Tehran Province

Abstract: With its value-creating achievements in huge global companies and organizations, balanced scoreboard is still prominent among all different techniques and approaches toward the strategy and performance worldwide that has led to the most success, effectiveness, and efficiency. Among the achievements of balanced scorecard one can refer to focus (Pareto Principle), orientation, optimized assignment of budget and resources, transparency, saving, responsibility, accountability, service compensation commensurate with the performance, and above all, connecting the strategy to the operation. Since balanced scorecard is the most comprehensive approach to implement, control the strategy worldwide, in this survey we are going to study the determining factors of its successful implementation in middle and small industries. The statistical population of this research includes all active companies of middle and small industry among which 69 companies were selected as the sample. Tukey-B test and multiple regression are used to test the hypotheses of the research. The results show that the organizations that have implemented BSC have had a better performance in comparison to the organizations that have not implemented it. Additionally, according to the results, the factors of "management team", "business units", "human resources", and "budgeting and investment" are not significant in predicting successful implementation of BSC at the confidence level of 95%. Moreover, proper implementation of IT principle will lead to successful implementation of BSC in middle and small industries.
