Abstract: The idea of internal trade is based on movement of goods from the areas of production to their markets or areas of consumption, and its importance increases with the increase in the concentration of production of these goods in areas without others, and with the increase in the importance of the commodity to human life. The main objectives of the study were to, estimate the amount of internal trade of the most important agricultural commodities, study the role of internal trade in limiting the increase in the agricultural commodities prices, identify the internal trade problems and propose mechanisms to solve them. The study reached to that, the total quantity of internal trade of onions, tomatoes, potatoes, rice, maize, oranges and grapes amounted to about 2381, 6540, 4440, 4100, 16354, 1115 and 1466 thousand tons, respectively., while the total quantity of internal trade of chicken meat, red meat, dairy and fish is about 1777, 988, 5267 and 2515 thousand tons, respectively, the analysis of the effect of the change in the quantity supplied of the rice on both its farm price and its consumer price showed that a 1% decrease in the quantity supplied of rice leads to an increase in its farm price by 1.66% and an increase in its consumer price by about 1.99%.

Abstract: Along with the vision of Iran in 2025, the Tehran’s vision with focusing on 8 main categories is also documented by Tehran City Council. The categories emphasize on different aspects of Tehran, from its economy, transportation and infrastructures to the environment, security and social affairs. This diversity of issues made it difficult for authorities to move towards Tehran’s vision by effective planning. As a result, they need useful tools to support them overcoming the complexity of decision making process. Decision support systems are one of the effective tools used worldwide to help deciding about urban infrastructures and facilities, due to the fact that they improve the quality of planning process and made it possible to use advanced analysis and modeling tools. The aim of this paper is to clarify how DSS could empower the authorities of Tehran to move towards its vision by introducing the areas of Tehran Vision which DSS could come in handy to facilitate the process of decision making.

Abstract: The aim of the present research is the study of the effect of Spiritual intelligence on  perceptions of organizational justice  . This study is practical and descriptive. For data analysis we are using Structural equation m model (SEM) . Hypothesis testing shows there is a positive relationship among  Spiritual intelligence and employee's perceptions of organizational justice. About the effect of Spiritual intelligence dimensions on organizational justice, results shows that all dimensions  are positively related to organizational justice and Conscious state expansion factor has most important effect on organizational justice.

Abstract: Psychological capital as an individual’s positive psychological state of development is an important factor in organizations. One of the vital factors which it affects on is employee engagement. Employee engagement is a positive attitude held by the employee towards the organization and its values. Improving employee engagement is new challenge for managers. To fill this gap this research has investigated the relationship between Psychological Capital and Employee Engagement by Isfahan Applied Regional Electronic Company through Structural Equivalent Method. 108 employees were chosen as a sample and the hypotheses were analyzed through AMOS by SEM method. This result proved that there is strong relationship between Psychological Capital and Employee Engagement (b=0.86, p<0.05).

Abstract: Yield responses of five genotypes of Dioscorea alata (TDa 00/00060, TDa 02/00812, TDa 02/00019, TDa 02/00019, TDa 00/00060 and Uyo local), NPK fertilizer rates (300 and 400kg) and three yield components (seed tuber yield, ware tuber yield and total tuber yield (t/ha) were evaluated. Particle size analysis showed that sand fractions was 91.40% and 84.80% at 0-15 and 15-30cm depths, respectively, followed by clay, 6.40 and 10.20%, and silt 2.20 and 5.00% respectively. The soil phosphorus content was high (212.31 and 255.91 at 0-15 and 15-30cm depths, respectively) whereas the organic matter content, total nitrogen, and exchangeable bases were below critical values at both 0-15 and 15-30 cm soil depths. Results also revealed that the yield of D. alata genotypes differed significantly (P<0.05) with fertilizer application. Highest seed tuber yield (17.27 t/ha was obtained with TDa 00/00060 at 400kg/ha application rates. While the least (0.97 t/ha) was obtained with local variety at 0kg/ha application rate. Similarly, ware tuber yield was highest (6.23 t/ha) in TDa 00/00060 at 400kg/ha rate but least (1.10 t/ha) in TDa 02/000812 receiving 0kg/ha fertilizer. The total tuber yield was highest 923.50 t/ha) in TDa 00/00060 receiving 400kg/ha fertilizer and least (6.24 t/ha) in local variety receiving 0kg/ha. The finding of this experiment recommends 400kg/ha fertilizer application for optimum production of Dioscorea alata in the area.

Abstract: The main purpose of this study is to identify educational barriers to the development of entrepreneurial spirit in Iranian students. This study was descriptive and quantitative research and included the use of factor analysis as the main data processing method. The total population was all students studying in Zanjan University that 185 students were selected using stratified random sampling. A questionnaire was designed as the tool for collecting data. After data collection, SPSS/16 was used in the statistical analysis. The results of factor analysis showed that that the five factors namely educational recourses, motivation in training, teaching methods, foresight, and hardware resources could explain 55.9% of the variation of barriers to the development of entrepreneurial spirit in students. Abstract: The value of residual gas saturation to water influx (Sgr) is a critical property when estimating recoverable reserves in gas reservoirs overlaying active aquifers, or natural gas storage reservoirs. It is customarily assumed that when a gas reservoir is overlaying an aquifer, water will imbibe into the gas-saturated zone with the onset of gas production. The process of gas displacement by water will be forced imbibition in areas of high drawdown and spontaneous imbibition in the areas of low drawdown. Early work in the 1950s and 1960s established that Sgr was not going to be as low as 10-15% PV, as was commonly expected at the time. But now, published values of Sgr vary between 15 and 80%. The mechanism of trapping is not clear, some factors that may has important effect on Sgr does not study very well and there is not clear reason for some phenomena that occur in gas saturated plugs. There is no relationship that could estimate Sgr as function of reservoir characteristics. The results with different authors, sometimes is quite different. So this subject deserves further investigation. This paper summarizes some work done on the subject of residual gas saturation and this paper will provide a good reference for researchers who are interested in investigating residual gas saturation in water drive reservoir.

Abstract: In this study, we use cointegration methods to investigate the relationship between stock prices and earnings-per-share (EPS). Furthermore, we consider whether stock prices respond to EPS under the different level of growth rate of operating revenue. The empirical result indicated that the cointegration relationship existed between stock prices and EPS in the long-run. Furthermore, we found that for the firm with an average level of growth rate,  EPS has less power in explaining the stock prices; however, for the firm with a low level of growth rate, EPS has a strong impact in stock prices.
